General Conditions

I hereby agree to indemnify Carlingford Comets Netball Club Inc (the Club) against all claims, suits, liabilities, actions, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever incurred or arising out of or in connection with or in consequence of my/our membership of the club or attendance, activity, game, social outing, or meeting at which I/my spouse/son(s)/daughter(s) are involved in relation to or in consequence of membership of the Club.

I understand that a place in a team is not guaranteed by payment of registration fees and that a team must have key roles filled (i.e. team coach and team manager) before it can be registered to play.

I agree to be rostered to support roles during the season, including but not limited to any club/team duty required of this club as part of its membership of Eastwood Ryde Netball Association.

I agree to abide by and uphold any and all Eastwood Ryde Netball Association rules and any breach deemed not to be in the best interest of this club or its members may result in expulsion from this club. I also agree to pay my part of any team/individual fee that results from my individual or team's breach of Eastwood Ryde Netball Association rules.

I understand that the aim of this club is to encourage its members to achieve their maximum potential and that from year to year the composition of teams may change for whatever reason and that the club will, in its best endeavours, train similar aged teams together to continue friendships and foster inter-club camaraderie.

Uniform Policy

I agree to pay a $50 per player fee every 3 years for uniform hire. At the beginning of each 3 year term, a $50 uniform fee must be paid prior to season commencement. Uniforms may be swapped for different sizes if required within the 3 year period, providing all care conditions have been met. If a member resigns from the club at any time, a refund of $20 will be given providing the uniform is returned in good condition. Uniforms must be hand washed and dried in the shade; never dried in a clothes dryer.

Use of Images - Under Age Players

At Carlingford Comets, we may from time to time capture visual images of players as still photographs and video clips.

These images may be used by Carlingford Comets for publicity purposes in a variety of print and online publications including, but not limited to:

• Promotional leaflets
• Posters
• Newsletters
• Newspapers
• Websites

This permission will be for the duration of your child's membership in Carlingford Comets unless you notify the club in writing of any changes. If you do not give permission for your child to be included in visual images, please notify the club in writing.
